Advanced course in Cybersecurity: Design, Management and Ethics in systems protection

Goals

The main objectives of the module are:

Design secure information systems, understanding design methodologies that integrate cybersecurity measures from design.
Master risk analysis, identifying critical assets, potential threats and vulnerabilities, and applying effective mitigation strategies.
Develop skills in proactive and reactive management of security incidents, minimizing the impact and restoring normal operation.
Conduct cybersecurity audits, evaluating the effectiveness of existing security measures and proposing improvements.
Understand the legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity, including relevant regulations and ethical considerations in decision making related to cybersecurity.
