Active Industry 4.0 Program

ACTIVA Industry 4.0 is a specialized and personalized advisory program, carried out by accredited consultants with experience in implementing Industry 4.0 projects, which is carried out using the methodology developed by the General Secretariat for Industry and SMEs.

This program allows companies to have a diagnosis of the situation and a transformation plan that identifies the digital enablers necessary in this transformation process and establishes the roadmap for its implementation. The advice is complemented by demonstration workshops on enabling technologies.

Date for submitting applications: From 07/13/2023 until the end of the budget.

Type of financial support

  • Maximum funding: €7,400 by SME.

What is offered?

  • 50 hours of advice from top-level consulting firms and visits to the facilities.

  • Diagnosis of the SME’s starting situation.

  • Visits to the company for better analysis.

  • Digital Transformation Plan that includes the definition of actions, the quantification and prioritization of digitalization opportunities and the identification of the most appropriate potential digital solutions for each company.

  • Practical workshops on technological solutions.

Eligible period: Minimum 50 hours for approximately 4 months.

Prerequisites

  • Manufacturing industry activity, classified in Section C – Divisions 10 to 32 of the National Classification of Economic Activities 2009 (CNAE 2009), approved by Royal Decree 475/2007, of April 13.

  • Be registered in the census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of each Provincial Tax Administration, which must reflect the economic activity actually carried out on the date of application for the aid.

  • Have your tax domicile and your main operating center in Spain and maintain them, at least, during the period of provision of the activities subject to subsidy.

  • Not have debts for repayment of aid, advances or loans with the Administration, or be subject to a pending recovery order after a previous Decision of the European Commission that has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

  • Not being entities that form part of the institutional public sector of any public administration, linked to or dependent on it, in the terms established in article 81 and following of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.

  • Not being collaborating entities of the Activa Industry 4.0 Program, in the terms of article 9 of the Order of Bases ICT/819/2022, of August 12

What is Aragón EDIH?

Aragon EDIH is an Aragonese initiative launched by the Technological Institute of Aragon (ITA), together with the Aragonese Institute for Development (IAF) and the University of Zaragoza (UNIZAR) with the aim of promoting the digitalization of Aragonese SMEs.

In June 2022, Aragon EDIH was selected as one of the 12 Spanish Digital Innovation Centers of reference in Europe and received the seal of excellence from the European Union.

It is specialized in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence focused on cognitive systems and high-performance computing (HPC), applied in areas of knowledge such as intelligent manufacturing processes, robotics and logistics.

Currently, and with the new entity of AEDIH, business organisations from Aragon (CEOE and CEPYME Aragón), the regional ICT cluster (TECNARA) and the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Services of Aragon (Cámaras Aragón) join the hub as partners, contributing as connecting arms with the productive fabric and the companies that comprise it.
